Grate Modern Mac & Cheese – which has two area locations, in Greenfield and Menomonee Falls – will appear in an episode of the Cooking Channel show Food Paradise “Monster Mashups!” The fast-casual establishment specializes in “gourmet” mac and cheese creations such as garlic Parmesan chicken, BBQ pulled pork, cheesy twice baked potato, bacon cheeseburger, bacon & blue and many others.Ībby Hansen, the company’s vice president of marketing and recipe developer, says the show’s crew filmed at Grate’s Greenfield location back in August 2018. We will update this story as we learn more. The show will no longer be airing on Wednesday and a new air date has not been released yet. UPDATE: Since this story was published, the Cooking Channel has changed the show’s schedule.
